By creating an account and participating in the UMATTR Career Circle Alpha, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Because this platform is actively in development, features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.

We are committed to maintaining a free core network for professionals. Your user profile, feed access, Circle participation, company discovery, and basic Signal access will not be subject to a paywall. Paid tiers may introduce advanced analytics or organizational tools, but individual connectivity remains accessible.

Organizations creating pages, posting roles, or sponsoring content must ensure that all representations are accurate. "Ghost jobs" or deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

All sponsored placements must be transparently labeled and direct users to verified destinations. Organizations violating these rules may lose platform access.

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on Career Circle, you grant UMATTR a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. We govern all user data—including account data, profile data, posts/comments, company data, analytics, cookies/session usage, and Signal room metadata—strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or is otherwise detrimental to the network's health. You maintain comprehensive user controls over your profile visibility and interactions.
