What is Career Circle?: Career Circle is a professional networking platform focusing on authentic connections, live Signal audio/video sessions, and actionable career intelligence.
Is Career Circle free?: Yes, the core networking features, including your profile, the feed, basic Signal access, and company discovery are completely free.
How do I create an account?: During the Alpha phase, account creation requires an invite code. Once you have a code, you can register, set up your credentials, and start building your profile.

How do I format my posts?: We support standard text formatting. Keep your posts concise, professional, and valuable to the community.
Why was my post removed?: Posts that violate our Community Guidelines—such as spam, harassment, or excessive self-promotion—are subject to removal by our moderation team.

How do I get an invite code?: Invite codes are distributed to active community members and partners. You can also join our waitlist to be notified when public registration opens.
Can I invite my whole team?: If you have invite privileges, you can share them with your team. Remember that you are responsible for the quality of the network you help build.

How do I update my headline?: Navigate to your Profile via the sidebar and click the 'Edit Profile' button to update your headline, bio, and experience.
Who can see my profile?: Your profile is visible to other logged-in members of the Career Circle network. Some public details may be indexed if you opt-in.

How can my company create a page?: Organizations can claim or create a company page through the 'Companies' section, subject to verification by our team.
Are the job postings up to date?: We sync regularly with verified employers to ensure that listed roles are actively hiring.

What is a Signal session?: Signal is our integrated live audio and video feature for AMAs, interviews, and community discussions.
Do I need special software for Signal?: No, Signal runs directly in your browser or mobile device natively.

Where does the intelligence data come from?: Our AI aggregates anonymized market data, public employment trends, and verified salary benchmarks.
Is my personal data used in Intelligence?: No personal identifiable information (PII) is exposed. Any data used for macro trends is strictly anonymized.

How do I report a user?: Click the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select 'Report'. Our moderation team will investigate confidentially.
What happens when I report someone?: We review the report against our Community Guidelines and take appropriate action, ranging from content removal to account suspension.
