August 2004- April 2005
Sept 1995- April 1996
I use ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to research leadership and athlete-development topics, organize keynote and workshop ideas, develop coaching activities, outline programs, prepare partnership outreach, and turn long-form ideas into social media and educational content. AI helps me work more efficiently, but I review, personalize, and verify every output before using it. My lived experience, professional judgment, coaching knowledge, and understanding of each audience remain at the centre of the final work.
