One Individual UMATTR Advanced Course
Selection is executed via an immutable, cryptographically uniform HMAC-SHA256 random selection process. The entry list is permanently frozen at the end of the month, guaranteeing uniform odds for all qualifying members.
1. Eligibility: Open to all registered Career Circle members who satisfy profile quality criteria and record at least one qualifying capability action during the campaign period. Void where prohibited by law.
2. No Purchase Necessary: Free participation is guaranteed to all members. Upgrades or financial purchases do not increase entry odds.
3. Strict Entry Limit: Exactly one (1) eligible entry per individual member per calendar month, regardless of activity volume.
4. Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of verified eligible entries frozen at the end of the calendar month.
5. Verification: The selected entrant must pass identity and anti-spam verification before course enrollment is granted. In the event of ineligibility, an audited redraw will occur.
