The Career Circle Skills Spotlight Monthly Draw (“Competition”) is operated by UMATTR (“Sponsor”). This program is designed to recognize and reward authentic professional capabilities, portfolio artifacts, and meaningful collaboration across the Career Circle platform.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR TRANSACTION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or account tier upgrade does not increase odds of winning. Free participation is guaranteed to every registered member.
The Competition is open to registered members of Career Circle who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees and verified contractors of UMATTR are excluded from prize qualification.
Each Competition cycle runs from 00:00:00 UTC on the first calendar day of the month until 23:59:59 UTC on the final calendar day of the month.
An entry is earned when a member completes their profile and records at least one legitimate professional activity:
Automated bots, copy-paste spam, deleted entries, flagged content, or multi-account manipulation will be immediately rejected and disqualified by our moderation systems.
One (1) monthly winner will receive Individual UMATTR Advanced Course (Approximate Retail Value: $450.00 CAD). Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or assigned, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
At the close of each campaign period, the eligible entry list is frozen into an immutable server snapshot. The authoritative random selection is conducted server-side using cryptographically uniform HMAC-SHA256 selection. All draw seeds, eligible counts, and timestamps are logged into an auditable database ledger.
Selected entrants will be contacted via in-app notification and email. Entrants have seven (7) business days to confirm their course selection. If an entrant fails verification or declines, a replacement winner will be drawn from the original frozen pool using the audited redraw process.
Career Circle respects member privacy. The winner may receive their course without being compelled to participate in promotional content. Any feature in the Previous Winners archive respects the member’s explicit consent settings.
